My name is Steven, and food has been at the centre of everything I do since 2006 when I first entered the hospitality industry. What started as a passion quickly became a career — and that career took me across some of Europe's most exciting culinary scenes.
I worked in France, Norway and Belgium, absorbing the techniques, traditions and philosophies of each country's cuisine. Every kitchen taught me something different: the precision of the French, the purity of Scandinavian cooking, the richness of Belgian flavours. Together, they shaped how I approach every plate I create.
In 2019, I brought all of that experience back to London and launched Private Chef London — a service built on the belief that extraordinary food doesn't belong only in restaurants. It belongs at your table, wherever that may be.
